Extra information:
The history of Albert Sounit goes back to 1946. However, the same activity already took place in 1850 in the building where the Cremants de Bourgogne is made today. Albert Sounit has been in Danish hands since 1993 and substantial investments are made in refurbishing the building and purchasing contemporary technology in order to guarantee even better quality in the future. In addition to the production of the Crémants in Rully, Sounit owns the Domaine Bernollin with more than 7.5 hectares of vineyards in Jully-les-Buxy where still wines such as Montagny and the like are produced.
