The wine is made from 95.44% fermented Kangun grapes, 0.06% natural apricot aroma and 4.5% sugar. Sulphur dioxide and sorbic acid are added to the wine as preservatives. The grapes are hand-picked and carefully selected for optimum ripeness to ensure the best flavor.

The production process of Armenia Wine Apricot Semisweet begins with the destemming and crushing of the grapes, using only the best fruits. The crushed grapes then undergo a controlled fermentation at a temperature of 15-17°C, which allows the natural aromas and flavors to come into their own. After fermentation, the wine is gently pressed with a pneumatic press, to extract the purest juice and preserve the delicate apricot aromas. The wine then undergoes a cold stabilization at -4°C, to prevent the formation of tartaric crystals and ensure clarity and stability. Finally, the wine is filtered with a tangential filter and subjected to strict microbiological control, to ensure the highest quality and safety before bottling. This meticulous process results in a delicious semi-sweet wine, rich in flavor and aroma, ideal for any occasion. Armenia Wine Apricot Semisweet has an alcohol content of 12.5%.
