Apogee XII whiskey offers impeccable balance and extra layers of flavor and complexity. These are created by the lively, fruity and spicy character of the ex-Bimber casks in which this whiskey has matured.

Bimber has sourced some of the best single malt whiskeys from both the Highlands and Speyside. These whiskeys are aged for a minimum of 12 years before being further processed through skilled and careful blending. This is followed by an additional aging in ex-bourbon casks previously used to mature Bimber's award-winning London single malt whisky.

Apogee XII is bottled at 46.3% ABV with no coloring or chill filtration, and is presented in an eye-catching custom glass bottle – which features tactile hammered glass molded to the surfaces of Bimber's tiny copper pot stills to imitate.

Bimber flavor note:

Nose: Spiced pears and oven baked apricot flans are sweetened by candy chains and scented with rose water, nutmeg and ginger powder

Taste: Sweet orchard fruit and stone fruits provide a clear and fresh mouthfeel. You will also taste slightly charred oak, soft white pepper and cooling mint

Finish: Lingering ripe and sweet fruit next to aromatic oak wood
