Bodegas Portia, the Ribera del Duero winery of Familia Martínez Zabala , is located in Gumiel de Izán , Burgos, with the building emerging from the vineyard that surrounds it, in close and respectful contact with the environment.

It has a golden hue with greenish reflections. The nose is intense and complex, with notes of tropical and stone fruits, such as peach, with citrus accents and pleasant spicy notes. In the mouth it is fine and elegant, with a very balanced taste, with light bitter nuances. It has a long finish with spicy notes.

Goes well with starters, fish dishes, fideua, rice, pasta, smoked meats, soft and creamy cheeses and white meat.
