Taste description: Fresh acidity of the rhubarb with the bittersweet of cranberry. Spicy notes of juniper with coriander and iris root. Aromas of grapefruit and strawberry.

Garnish: Strawberries, Cucumber String or Grapefruit peel.

Additional information: Based on the Brecon Reserve Gin with the addition of tinctures of Rhubarb and cranberry.
