This blended whisky from Cadenhead was revived in 2020. They bottle a limited edition of the Seven Stars blend 4 times a year. The composition is slightly different every time, but the ratio is always around 60% malt and 40% grain. The grain whiskies they use for this blend have a minimum age of 25 years and the malt whiskies will never be younger than 10 years. To top it all off, all elements are married and matured on Ex-Oloroso hogsheads for a minimum of one year. This blend can compete with any single malt as far as we are concerned.

Taste
Mandarin peel, Muscovado sugar, ginger biscuits

Aftertaste
Raisins, cold chocolate drink, slightly hoppy and spicy.
