Description: The wine has an intense and brilliant yellow colour. great intensity, with complex notes of banana, mango and cedar. Base notes of pine and sweet resin make this wine a very special glass. Taste analysis: enveloping and warm, with a good harmony between soft and fresh notes. Full, lingering and pleasantly dry aftertaste. The wine is perfect to drink, but if you can restrain yourself and let it mature further, scents of saffron and licorice arise.

Gastronomy: Serve 12°C. Excellent with pasta dishes, risotto and white meat dishes.

Additional Information: Canoso is a family business dedicated to producing ambitious wines and is located in the area of “Soave Classico”, where the volcanic origin is clearly evident. Thirty million years ago, the explosion of the Calvarina volcano, which is still recognizable in the black color of compact and rocky soils, formed these slopes that are today covered with vineyards. Canoso today owns 10 hectares of vineyards in the Soave Classico area, one of which is recognized as “Cru”: Cà del Vento, producing 60,000 bottles.
