Description: The wine has a straw yellow color with golden reflections. In the glass it looks clear and consistent. The scent is intense and complex. The minerals and iodine in the basalt soil provide intriguing scents in the wine. You smell lavender, kiwi and melon. On the palate, the wine has a fresh and precise personality, of great elegance, with a great balance between acidity and softness. Base note of bitter notes and almonds that beautifully represent the vine. The wine is ready to drink, but can easily mature for a few more years in the bottle for an even fuller taste.

Gastronomy: Serving 9-10°C. Ideal with fish dishes and soups, or with main dishes with shellfish

Additional Information: Canoso is a family business dedicated to producing ambitious wines and is located in the area of “Soave Classico”, where the volcanic origin is clearly evident. Thirty million years ago, the explosion of the Calvarina volcano, which is still recognizable in the black color of compact and rocky soils, formed these slopes that are today covered with vineyards. Canoso today owns 10 hectares of vineyards in the Soave Classico area, one of which is recognized as “Cru”: Cà del Vento, producing 60,000 bottles.
