This 7 year old “giant” fills the nose with influences from the Islay coastline, adding peat smoke, peppermint and more fresh herbs. In addition, seasoned sausage from the BBQ is immediately added. Tastes like subtle ginger with oatcake, after which a nice combination of fruit and herbs (citrus and pepper and salt) takes over. The aftertaste is tasty and at the same time friendly with butterscotch and honey after the peat extinguishing.
