Description: Fermented after selection of the grapes and gentle pressing at 16-18°C. Education of the wine “sur lie” to preserve the typical aromas of the Vinho Verde. Fresh and mineral with aromas of apple and citrus. Fruity and soft with a very pleasant bubble.

Gastronomy: Serve 10-12°C. Goes well with white meat, fish, seafood, salads and Asian dishes. Perfect wine for the terrace, with a drink or other reason for a party.

Extra information: Sociedade Agrícola Casal de Ventozela is a family business dedicated to the production of Vinho Verde (natural sparkling wine) since 1983. Casal de Ventozelal is located in the small town of Mogege, in the Vale do Ave sub-region, the heart of the Vinho Verde region. The 27ha. vineyards they own are scattered throughout the region. The ideal conditions for each grape variety are looked at for each vineyard.
The mission is clear: to reveal the best of the terroir of the Vinho Verde region through the production of wine based on traditional varieties. Only indigenous grape varieties such as Loureiro, Trajadura, Fernão Pires, Arinto (Pedernã), Padeiro de Basto, Avesso, Espadeiro and Vinhão are allowed at Vinho Verde.
