Dry white wine with floral aromas of acacia, ripe pear and tropical fruits such as peach, mango and pineapple. Pleasant mineral note and warming mouthfeel.

Fiano is an indigenous Italian grape variety. Probably originating from Campania and apparently already used by the ancient Greeks to make their wine. Very aromatic and can age quite a bit. The grape has a large skin and very little juice, and can therefore withstand the heat of warm Puglia well.
