Grapes are harvested by hand, macerated at low temperature with gentle pressing. Static purification and slow fermentation at low temperatures. At the end of the sugaring there is an initial removal of the most stubborn lees, while the remainder remains on the fine lees for six months with regular batonage. After bottling, the wine is aged for another six months before being released onto the market. Timorasso is also called the white barolo.

Light yellow color with golden reflections. Full of flavor with a nice long aftertaste. Intense aroma of dried fruit, honey and nuts.
