Dom Daganel and his wife are responsible for establishing the patronage of Santa Maria de Silgueiros in 1186 when they built the church of Silgueros. This grande reserve wine, red and white, from the Silgueiros Cooperative Cellar is the best tribute to Dom Daganel and at the same time shows the appreciation for all the grape producers that participate in the Cooperative. Since its inception in 1959, the Silgueiros Cooperative Cellar has contributed to the growth and success of this cooperative.
