Domaine des Rabichattes is an AOC since 1936, this appellation in Centre-Loire is one of the most prestigious in the world when it comes to dry, fruity and mineral white wines. The Sauvignon Blanc grape variety has found a favorite terroir here to express all kinds of wonderful flavors. You will find in the Pouilly-Fumé wines a great freshness, subtle aromas of Citrus or white flowers and a touch of salt that is characteristic of the great wines of Pouilly.

The Domaine's traditional cuvée is the result of a mixture of some thirty plots with clay-limestone soils and Kimmeridgian marl. Great minerality and citrus aromas characterize this vintage year after year.
