Feravino Dika Graševina is a very pleasant culinary white wine. The most common grape variety in Croatia is Graševina (Welschriesling), which is a perfect ingredient for delicious dry white wines.
Feravino Dika Graševina is fresh, light, invigorating and slightly floral in taste. The structure is good and nice in harmony. This Croatian wine goes perfectly with meat, fish dishes or oysters. We recommend that you serve the wine cool at 8 to 12 degrees.
The Graševina grape is picked by hand, so the winemaker can manually and with the naked eye assess whether the grape is suitable for the wine. In this way the best quality is guaranteed.
This delicious wine comes from the famous wine region of Slavonia. Do not confuse with the country Slovenia. The Pannonian Sea was once here, all the way to Budapest in Hungary. The soil (old seabed) consists of clay soil with some shells, on which the grapes grow. In this way the wines get their minerality and match well with everything from the sea. A fun fact, Slavonia is also called the Chablis of Croatia.
