Smell: Pleasant sweet notes of vanilla, butterscotch with light aromas of white chocolate, then aromas of fruit (green apple and grapefruit) slightly spicy, slightly peppery and nutmeg
Taste: A bit dry, mouth-filling and intense at first, then some sweet aromas of butter and vanilla and some toasty notes from the malt. In the warming aftertaste, the sweet and fruity (green apple peel and citrus) notes come through again with notes of the grain and a very light note of peat.
