The Burgundian finish gives this Irish whiskey its complexity and deep flavours.

The nose

Light and rich in flavour, notes of leaves and leather mingle with vanilla and dark cherries.

The taste

Fruity and fresh with citrus. At the same time dry and full of berries, toasted oak and a lovely leafy earthiness.

The aftertaste

Earthy, tannins with peppery wood spices.
