The first edition of an exceptionally rare vintage.
In late 2019, a fire in the biomass boiler fuel storage halted GlenWymis production, dramatically curtailing annual production. However, limitations fuel creativity, and this third release brings together winter and summer runs of Concerto and Laureate barley, fermented for 120 hours and measured in squat pot stills to fit the emerging GlenWyvis style. A unique trio of special barrels contributes to the layers: red wine adds black fruits and spices, Moscatel adds floral notes of Citrus, while a lone Marsala barrel brings unmistakable sweetness. A complex, delicate dram that embraces its youthfulness.

Nose – Sweet grapes and honeysuckle blossom.
Taste – Bramley apple sauce and fruit crumble ( a delicious dessert, +/- warm fruit with a layer of shortcrust pastry )
Finish – Long, unmistakable oak with dark chocolate and cloves.
