As one of the highest of all Highland distilleries Dalwhinnie produces a delightfully friendly whiskey full of character. Silky soft with heather, honey and delicate spice; creamy and not dry. A single malt with softness and depth resulting from a maturing of 15 years.

Nose
A large, crispy and very aromatic nose with bouts of heather and peat.

Body
Light to medium.

Taste
Silky smooth, lingering aromas € ™ s of heather, honey sweetness and vanilla followed by deeper citrus-fruit flavors and a hint of malt loaf.

Aftertaste
Lingering, surprisingly intense finish that starts slowly and then gives way to smoke, peat and malt.
