Mighty Molly and Little Lizzie are the copper stills from Kentucky used to make Pearse's Irish whiskeys.

Founder Pearse Lyons was an Irishman who had made his fortune in the United States from cattle feed. After successfully setting up a Bourbon distillery annex brewery there, his blood was overflowing and he returned, together with Molly and Lizzy, to make whiskey in his homeland.

The distillery is located in a carefully restored church in Dublin, producing beautiful, highly refined, complex and concentrated whiskeys from the finest raw materials.
