A master blend of 70% single malt and 30% premium grain whiskey made from unmalted barley at the Dunedin distillery. The whiskey is then matured for 21 years in American ex-bourbon barrels.

Taste Notes:
Nose: Elegant balance of baked pear and crunchy vanilla with soft floral notes.
Taste: Very smooth with the sweetness of pear. Notes of apricot and oak.
Finish: In the beginning the heat of chili peppers, which slowly gives way to a long salty and sweet finish.
