The One Collection is a range of fine blended whiskies. They show the role of innovative barrel spices as an enrichment of the taste experience.

Mainly matured in European oak Oloroso and PX casks. This is a deep, rich and intense whiskey. Where The Lakes traditionally use American, French and Spanish oak to create a sherry-led whisky, at The One Sherry Cask Finished it is the characters of the Spanish woods that bring a new dimension to the flavor profile.

Softer and more porous in nature, Spanish oak encourages a higher degree of interaction between the spirit and the barrel. The more open grain allows the whiskey to penetrate deeper into the wood. This brings out rich and intense flavors and creates a beautiful and natural color.

Strongly influenced by our dark and sweet PX sherry casks, this is a decadent whisky. The The One Blended Sherry Cask Finished is perfect after dinner or just to relax and unwind.

A nose in which Medjool dates, sultanas and polished wood predominate. Dark chocolate, sun-dried dates, wood spices and a hint of smoke in the mouth. Has a rich, warming and long lasting finish.
