Nose: A clean but full nose with notes of silage, eau de vie, smoldering oak, flowering daffodils and freshly baked bread with lychees.
Taste: starts sweet with even sugar candy, but spices such as speculaas, pepper, oak quickly take over, after which a combination of pepper and peat introduce the aftertaste.
Finish: The spices on the tongue are "quenched" by yellow fruit, but remain wonderfully present.
