Flavor – Pronounced coffee beans, rich malty caramel/burnt brown sugar.

Finish – Green and pink peppercorns, wood spice, bitter hops and an underlying sweetness of chocolate orange

The Teeling family has been involved with Irish Whiskey since 1782 when the current generation great-great grandfather, Walter Teeling, already had his distillery on Marrowbowe Lane. In 1987 John Teeling opened the Cooley Distillery and in 2007 the Kilbeggan Distillery. These were sold to Beam Global in 2012.

In 2015, John's sons, Jack and Stephen, opened the new Teeling Distillery at Newmarket in the Dublin Liberties. A stone's throw from the former distillery of Walter Teeling in the middle of "The Golden Triangle". Dublin's historic distilling district. The first new distillery in Dublin in over 125 years. And the first working distillery in nearly 50 years.

All Teeling whiskey is bottled without any additives and without cold filtering at a minimum strength of 46% alc.
