Flavor Description:

Lightly toasted, cherries, strawberries, orange and a little spice. Particularly tasteful. Delicious dry and fresh rosé that is extremely suitable as an aperitif, with asparagus or a fish dish from the oven.

The relatively small winery is located near the well-known Meursault. The wines are always rich in taste, exotic and exuberant because the grapes are only picked when they are extremely ripe. Then pressed and fermented for 10 months in large oak barrels.

Can be kept for several years. Because of this rich taste, it is best not to serve this rosé too cold.
