Description: The color is a sparkling straw yellow with a greenish sheen. The wine has a delicate, elegant fragrance, with notes of yeast and fresh bread and hints of hawthorn and broom. Tastes nice and fresh and has a fairly intense, harmonious taste, in which the almond bitter comes back slightly (which is typical of verdicchio)

Gastronomy: Serving 9-10°C. Its striking aroma and structure make it a good aperitif or meal wine.

Extra Information: The Azienda Agricola Piersanti is located in Cupramontana, the beating heart of the Verdicchio di Jesi region. They make a number of Verdicchio's, of different levels. This “311” is named after the height of the vineyard: at 311m above sea level. This is important; at this altitude it is quite a bit cooler than on the coast, allowing the grapes to be harvested later and have more to offer aromatically.
