Taste Full, robust taste, but with a lot of finesse. Fruit keeps popping out

Use : Drink the Cosmino with festive meat dishes and then with the cheese. The wine can certainly be decanted

Verdict: A real powerhouse of dried fruit and robust flavours. The wine was developed by Giacomo “Mr Super Tuscan” Tachis and you can taste it! The wine can easily compete with many top Bordeaux.

Note : The wine was aged for 14 months in both oak barrels and large tonneaux. After this, the bottle was further aged in the bottle for 18 months.

Aldo Maria “Count” Brachetti-Peretti acquired the castle-like complex Il Pollenza in the 1970s. His family has been active in the oil and energy sector since the 1930s. Since the acquisition of Il Pollenza, major investments have been made in viticulture – until now only the best is good enough. Conte Brachetti was assisted by Giacomo Tachis, the Italian wine legend responsible for the SuperTuscan wines such as Sassiscaia, Solaia and Tignanello. Today Carlo Ferrini is the eunologist and Valerio Barbieri is responsible for viticulture.
