Lead winemaker Ed Flaherty of Tarapacá found the ideal soil and location for making this fantastic wine in the cool valley of Leyda located in western Chile. Due to the location of Leyda, right on the ocean, the sea breeze (from the cold Humboldt current) ensures a long and slow aging season, resulting in a fresh, mineral wine with an expressive and dusty character. It's a treat for your taste palette

Drink with: Nice soft French cheeses, fish dishes with bearnaise sauce, salmon, but also quails glazed with apple syrup.

Tasting Notes: Pale yellow in color, hanging thickly from the glass with notes of honey, melted butter and apricot in the scent.

Intense, almost sweet in taste with a small bitterness. Nice balance between fresh tones, wood and fruit tones and impressively long soft aftertaste.

Shelf life: The wines are ready to drink when they are on the market. They are then top notch for another 3 years, fresh with beautiful fruit.
