Description: Fermented after selection of the grapes and gentle pressing at 16-18°C. Education of the wine “sur lie” to preserve the typical aromas of the Vinho Verde. Rich aromas of blossom and citrus. Soft and fresh with peach, citrus and mineral notes. Light wood tones because part of the wine (10%) has had a short maturation in oak barrels.

Gastronomy: Serve 10-12°C. Perfect with dishes with fish, crustaceans and shellfish.

Extra information: Sociedade Agrícola Casal de Ventozela is a family business dedicated to the production of Vinho Verde (natural sparkling wine) since 1983. Casal de Ventozelal is located in the small town of Mogege, in the Vale do Ave sub-region, the heart of the Vinho Verde region. The 27ha. vineyards they own are scattered throughout the region. The ideal conditions for each grape variety are looked at for each vineyard. The mission is clear: to reveal the best of the terroir of the Vinho Verde region through the production of wine based on traditional varieties. Only indigenous grape varieties such as Loureiro, Alvarinho, Trajadura, Fernão Pires, Arinto (Pedernã), Padeiro de Basto, Avesso, Espadeiro and Vinhão are allowed at Vinho Verde.
