Each expression in this Single Cask Collection reflects the unique nuances of the way it was made and the influence of the cask on single malt Scotch whisky. With a melodious name and beautiful presentation, with only 50-700 bottles of each release, the Single Cask releases are highly desirable.

Fresh and salty aromas reminiscent of the sea compliment a rich, smoky and sweet finish. In the nose you will recognize the rich smoke, a bonfire of roasted pear, tar and licorice. The sweetness is hidden behind a hint of chocolate and fresh mint. When you take a sip you taste biltong and the taste of sharp stewed apple dominates. Sweets laced with soft tar and TCP. In the aftertaste you will discover salty caramel, burning leaves that fade to ashes and zesty lemons. A total of 249 bottles were bottled.
