Grape varieties and vinification
The wine Il Messo Governo Tuscany is made according to an ancient Tuscan method: Governo All'uso Toscano, according to this ancient technique, which originated in the 14th century, partially dried grapes are used and a second fermentation takes place. It is a very nice blend of Sangiovese and Merlot, awarded by Luca Maroni with no less than 98 points!

Tasting note
The rare method ensures a full complex aromatic wine. In the nose aromas of ripe cherries, forest fruits and cloves that provide an unmistakable and unique bouquet.
