Milk & Honey Apex Rum Cask 0.70 ltr 57.1%

This limited edition single malt whiskey was fully aged in ex-rum casks from Jamaica and Cuba, bringing intriguing layers of complexity to every sip.

Smell: Banana yogurt with dark chocolate chips, fragrant wildflower honey and ground white pepper.

Taste: Rich molasses followed by pecan pie sprinkled with toasted coconut, warm spice mix of nutmeg and cloves.

Finish: Tropical fruit, papaya and cantaloupe accompanied by fresh mint.

This series is in fact a combination of a healthy dose of daring and the distillery's need to continue to challenge itself. Head distiller Tomer Goren has selected the casks for the Apex series. These specific casks have been selected based on their unique character. This makes these whiskeys like a journey of discovery to both the place where the whiskeys are made and the materials used for this.
