Koncho Rkatsiteli Qvevri is a beautiful Georgian orange wine made from the Rkatsiteli grape. The orange color makes the wine unique and special. This wine is made in the traditional way, fermentation takes place in a Qvevri (earthenware jars). This method has been used in the Caucasus for centuries. The wine is then aged in oak barrels for another year, which gives the wine more body.

Taste character

Koncho Rkatsiteli Qvevri is known for its fruity taste. The flavors of apricot, quince and lemon are characteristic of this wine. The taste of different types of nuts are also recognizable. Curious? Don't wait any longer and try it yourself!

The Winery

The Koncho & Co winery is located in the castle of the town of Kvareli. Unique wines are produced here, partly thanks to the dry, but nutrient-rich riverbeds on which the vines grow. Koncho Rkatsiteli Qvevri is also one of them.
