Koncho Saperavi is a Georgian red wine made from the indigenous Saperavi grape variety. This beautiful grape variety is picked by hand and is the best known and most important red wine variety in Georgia. The wine is produced according to the European method and matures briefly in stainless tanks.

Taste character

This young, fresh, fruity wine contains flavors and aromas of herbs. The taste of ripe red and black fruits are characteristic of the Koncho Saperavi. Fresh, ripe berries return both in the nose and in the mouth. This beautiful velvety wine is perfect to combine with dishes such as grilled meat or Spaghetti Bologneze.

The winery
