Papari Valley 3 Terraces Saperavi is a Georgian powerful red wine, prepared organically. The wine turns a beautiful deep ruby red in the glass with purple hues. Beautiful to look at and delicious to drink.

Taste character

The maturation process of this delicious wine takes 10 months in a Qvevri (Georgian name for large earthenware barrels). The wine has developed sufficient stimulating acidity thanks to the cold maceration, which is good to counterbalance the aromas of concentrated forest fruit and laurel licorice.

The Winery

This delicious wine is produced in the Papari Valley winery. It took a while for the small winery to find their wines good enough for the market. But since 2015, the winery has been supplying quality wines to the market and with success.
