The Voskeni Areni Red Dry is a beautiful expression of the Areni indigenous grape variety. The monovarietal was created by the family business VOSKENI Wines. This Armenian beauty comes from the Vayotz Dzor region and has exceptional properties.

The wine has a beautiful ruby red color in the glass and striking aromas of cherries, blackberries and raspberries. In the mouth it is medium bodied with silky tannins and medium acidity. The fruity aromas of red fruit are recognizable in the long aftertaste. Voskeni Areni Red Dry is a good addition to red meat, grilled fish, grilled poultry and aged cheeses.

Voskeni Wines is a small family business managed by Mateossians. In the early 1920s, Boston businessman Smbat Mateossian moved to Armenia. He wanted to produce Armenian wines. Unfortunately, he was prevented from doing so by the Soviet Union and his property was confiscated during the Bolshevik era. In 2008, the Mateossians managed to buy back the vineyards from their ancestor and were able to realize the dream of ancestor Smbat Mateossian and produce quality wines.
