Delicious food combination: bean stew, beef ragu pasta, grilled meat, hard cheeses, roast beef, steak is heavenly. Serving temperature 16-18°C.
The Winery
Voskevaz Winery was founded in 1932. Both traditional and modern winemaking technologies are used to produce incredible “Voskevaz” wines. Only indigenous grape varieties such as Hagtanak, Kangun, Areni, Muscat Vardabuyr, Milagh and Voskehat (Kharji) are used in wine production. The concept of the Winery is to recreate and preserve the heritage of traditional Armenian winemaking. To follow this concept, the winemakers use old 100-year-old karases (Armenian clay amphora) for wine aging. Due to the unique Armenian terroir and ideal climate, the Voskevaz Winery team creates native Armenian wines.
