Tasting notes
With a beautiful play of bubbles, the Keush Ultra Blanc de Noir Brut Nature turns straw yellow in the glass. The wine is complex and expressive with notes of fruit balanced by refreshing acidity and mineral notes. We recommend combining the wine with fried foods and young white cheeses. The wine also pairs perfectly with all kinds of seafood. Serving temperature: 8.5°C.
Vineyards
About 1,750 meters above sea level, on the southwestern border of Armenia, lies Khachik, a rural community of just over a thousand villagers, home to panoramic mountain landscapes and the highest vineyards in the Northern Hemisphere to produce méthode traditionnelle. The vineyards are not grafted, 60 – 100 years old. Located between 1500-1750m above sea level. These are some of the highest vineyards in the world, and at 1750 m, the highest vineyards in the Northern Hemisphere producing méthode traditionnelle.
