Monte Da Ria Branco Reserva is a beautiful Portuguese white wine from the Algarve region with an alcohol content of 13%. This beauty is a blend of Encruzado (60%) and Arinto (40%). The Encruzado comes from the Portuguese wine region of Dão. You won't actually find him elsewhere. The winemakers have their hands full with the Encruzado because it is not an easy grape to make wine from, for example it oxidizes quickly. Yet this grape is regarded as the most promising white grape. Arinto is an important late ripening white top cultivar that is planted throughout Portugal but is particularly important in Bucelas. In short, a delicious wine composed of two beautiful grapes that is definitely worth tasting.

Tasting notes

Monte Da Ria Branco Reserva has a straw yellow color in the glass with fruity aromas and citrus notes. Notes of some toast and sweetness due to partial maturation in barrels. In the mouth it is fresh, structured, with volume, a balanced and slightly salty aftertaste. With time it can gain some roasted and tea notes. This beauty goes perfectly with seafood, all fish dishes or even lighter meat dishes and cheeses. Please serve at a temperature of 10-12 degrees Celsius.
