At Teeling Whiskey, they believe in driving the evolution of Irish Whiskey through the creation of new and unique expressions. As part of this innovative mission, they have pioneered the celebration of Irish Single Grain made using a recipe of 95% corn and 5% malted barley. The first bottle in the Aged Single Grain series explored the influence of Bordeaux red wine casks, while the latest release continues this exploration by focusing on the influence of ex-Sauvignon Blanc casks on our Single Grain. This Limited Edition 15 Year Old Bottling was initially aged in ex-bourbon casks and then received an additional twelve months of maturation in ex-Sauvignon Blanc casks. Bottled at 50% ABV non-chill filtration to preserve the true character of the whisky.

As part of Teeling's sustainability efforts, this 15 Year Old Single Grain tube is made from recyclable material and 100% Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) cardboard.
