Kujira Ryukyu Whiskey is a 12-year matured beautiful Japanese whiskey with 40% alcohol content. After the unique and careful distillation, the blend matures for 12 years in Sherry casks. This one is a balanced expression of a unique whiskey of its kind.

Tasting Notes:
In the glass beautiful amber colored whiskey is surprising with its wild honey and sherry aromas on the nose. In the mouth dominant sherry notes with a nice mix of molasses and glucose syrup. Intense fruity flavors in combination with very subtle balsamic vinegar and a hint of rum mousse create a special experience. A long finish, first with bitterness and later with a touch of lasting sweet abandon, reminiscent of a beautiful combination of cognac and rum.
