Given the special requirements in terms of climate and exposure that the Pinot Bianco has, this grape only grows in the warmer areas of the lower Valle Isarco. Where the sunny hilly terroirs rich in porphyry (igneous rock) produce a white wine with a typical Burgundian bouquet and a strong character.
