RyeLaw adheres to the rules for American rye whiskey, but there is currently no legal definition for rye whiskey in Scotland, so we are not legally allowed to use that term on the bottle. RyeLaw is the first release from the InchDairnie Distillery in Fife and is the only whiskey in the world made with rye and distilled in a Lomond Hill still.

TASTING NOTES

Color : Gold

Aroma : Distinctive spiciness of rye mixed with soft oak wood notes, above a soft layer of vanilla.

Taste : Abundant pepperiness from the rye, lovingly enveloped by a mouth coating of oily viscosity and sweet biscuit, cereal and dried fruit notes.
