Nose: smooth maple syrup with roasted banana, sweet dates, green apple and spicy cinnamon. Caramelized demarara sugar and subtle earthy peat.

Taste: ripe pear and banana with cloves and cinnamon which turns into smoked almonds and even maritime influences. Here too, the peat follows late and subtle. A beautifully full and silky mouthfeel.

Finish: long and lasting with a lot of character, where all flavors remain part of the whole.
