Premature green notes of pear, green apple peel and flower stems open to honeysuckle and fallen leaves before revealing rich notes of honey, brown sugar and soft suede.

Taste
Green fruit and light spicy aromas suggest green tea and honey with hints of fennel and lemongrass. When you give the dram a little time, the light fruit syrup concentrates and mixes with the soft spicy notes, apple pie with lemon curd, fruit salad with marshmallows and pecans. Even a Rusty Nail and an accidental cucumber garnish float to the surface.

Aftertaste
The finish begins where the rich sweetness is succeeded and drowned out by the citrus note. Then the finish becomes drier with notes of sandalwood and marmalade before finally Earl Gray tea can be discovered.
