Distilled in Guyana at the famous Diamond Distillery in the capital Georgetown, Skipper is a blend of rums, some of which are distilled in one of the world's last wooden pot stills.
Unusual Skipper is matured where it was distilled, in Guyana, and benefits from tropical aging in once-used American whiskey barrels.
The black molasses from Guyana sugar cane is distilled in Port Morant in wood-still, producing a warm, rich rum that is referred to as "The Best in the Rum World".
