Aromas of poached pears and traditional rhubarb and custard sweets lead, while on the palate notes of strawberry jam are accompanied by Turkish delight and light butter pastries. The aftertaste is rich with cinnamon-spiced red apple.

The Italian collection bottlings were each distilled on December 6, 2010, with the spirit kept in traditional oak barrels for 10 years. On February 10, 2021 it was then moved to Marsala, Amarone and Barolo wine casks for a further 2 years, resulting in a beautiful trio of single malt Scotch whiskies.
