Founded in 2016, the Tsunuki Distillery is located on the island of Kyushu in the far south of Japan. This Single Cask whiskey is distilled here with a phenol content of 50 PPM. The whiskey initially reveals itself aromatically as particularly peaty and smoky. Then, at the taste level, more conciliatory, the peat and the smoke allow fruity, vanilla, chocolate or even floral notes to be fully expressed, underlining the quality of a perfectly controlled maturation in sherry casks.

• Color : Old gold. 
• Nose: Rich, deep. Fat and oily peat, which aromatizes deeply smoky and burning.
• Taste : Dense, concentrated. Ripe fruit, peaty, marine, vanilla and chocolate.
• Aftertaste : Long, soft. Beautiful chocolate bitterness and alternately malty, peaty and smoky.
