Colour: dark reddish brown
Nose: polished copper in the sun with roasted pineapple, brown sugar, roasted hazelnuts and sourdough bread. Fresh mint in combination with sherry.
Taste: deep dark fruit juice, lemon zest, caramelized apple pie, orange peel with mint
Finish: dark caramel with black pepper, mint and leather with roses and that mint again. Delicious.
