NOSE: Elegant, rich and round. Vanilla, sweet cream, yellow custard and eggnog. Ripe yellow apples and butterscotch.
TASTE: Sweet oily, mouth-filling, even slightly waxy. Creamy yellow custard, sweet biscuits, waffles with sweet peppers and avocado bitters and light wood tones. With water measures yellow and green fruit and a little more butter-chattery aroma. It has a slightly fuller flavor than the 1 year younger bottling of 2019.
FINISH: Speculaas, yellow custard with eggnog bitters. A sweet charmeuse.
